PRICE
Due to the unstable nature of foreign exchange rates and the high inflation rate in our own economy, prices are subject to change without notice. Please check your invoice for current prices, as they may differ from the published price list.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, GoldStar Asphalt Products. Shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. GoldStar Asphalt Products shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, GoldStar Asphalt Products will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.
SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped USPS or UPS unless another type method is requested.
PRODUCTS OUT-OF-STOCK
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available unless you inform us otherwise
RETURNS POLICY
We will not accept any return goods without prior approval. The approval process is as follows: Email info@goldstarasphalt.com tell us your reason for the return and if its approved you will receive an email with a return control number, please bring the email you received with the control number upon visiting our facility or place a copy in the return package/box. Return merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice the goods were purchased on. Authorized returns will be handled by credit refund, repair, or replacement. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Only items that are unopened and in the original packaging may be returned unless the item is damaged upon arrival to the customer GSA must be notified within 3 days of receiving the order. No returns will be accepted after 10 days from the date of invoice unless approved by a GoldStar Asphalt Products representative. A refund will be given only after the buyer has shipped the item back and we inspect the item for damage. No Refunds on equipment, bulk products, and special ordered items.
NO WARRANTY
is implied for lost wages or work due to In- Warranty equipment failure.Please note: All equipment specifications and policy changes are subject to change without notice even though we make every effort to keep our website up to date.
